  SUBJECT TWO.......

There’s a good reason why menopause is called “the change of life.” It can affect just about every part of your body, including your breasts.

During perimenopause -- the years before your periods stop -- you’ll start to notice changes in the size and shape of your breasts. You may also notice that they feel tender and achy at unexpected times. Or they may be lumpier than they used to be.

You’ll want to know what’s normal, what’s not, and what helps. That knowledge empowers you to make a smooth midlife transition and feel your best during menopause and beyond.

 ===========

Your Breasts on Menopause

There are three common ways menopause and perimenopause can affect your breasts.

 ========

1. Tenderness or pain.

Why It Happens:  Before your period, fluid builds up in your breasts, making them feel more swollen, tender, or painful than other times of the month. Because the hormonal changes of perimenopause make your cycle irregular, breast soreness can strike unpredictably, according to the National Cancer Institute.

What You Can Do About It:

If your breasts hurt, wearing the right bra can make a big difference: 85% of women with breast pain gained relief when they wore a well-fitted sports bra, according to a 2014 study. The same researchers found that relaxation techniques or massaging achy breasts with over-the-counter pain creams was helpful for up to 60% of women.

If breast pain is severe or won’t go away, talk to your doctor.

2. Changes in breast size and shape = MORE INFO HERE''

Why It Happens: As you near menopause, your levels of estrogen drop dramatically. As your milk system starts to shut down, glandular tissue in your breasts shrinks.

That causes them to become less dense and more fatty, which can lead to sagging.  You may also notice that your breasts aren’t as full as they used to be, and their size may change.

 ========
3. Lumpy Breasts

 Why It Happens:There are several reasons why this can happen during perimenopause, including normal aging and hormonal changes.  Just like at any age, though, you’ll need to see your doctor to find out what the lumps are.

You could have cysts, fluid-filled sacs that are very common. They can feel like grapes and aren’t cancerous. Many women, of all ages, have them. Sometimes they go away after menopause, but they can stick around, especially if you take hormone replacement therapy (HRT). READ MORE..

Fibrocystic changes are another common reason for lumpy, painful breasts and areas that feel rubbery to the touch.

SUBJECT THREE.....

A. Guess What? It's Exercise

It’s not necessarily a full workout, but it can be as good for you as moderate exercise. It raises your heart rate about the same as a brisk walk or a slow bike ride.

=====

B. Lowers Stress..

People who have more sex are less anxious when they’re faced with stressful tasks like public speaking or arithmetic. But according to the study, it only works when you have a partner -- masturbation doesn't count.

=======

C. Helps Your Future Self..

People who have more sex may have better quality of life -- and not just now, but in the future, too. If you have an active sex life in middle age, you’re more likely to keep it up as you get older, which is linked to better health and happiness.

========

D. Good Sex keep the relationship on track - Excellent sex makes the family happy - Extra romance brings happiness- Love, Sex, and Romance reconcile differences.

========

E. Good for a Woman’s Heart..

Women who have sex a couple of times a week are less likely to get heart disease than those who have it once a month. Whether that’s because healthier women enjoy it more often, or because it helps protect a woman’s heart is unclear. Unfortunately for men, good sex may have the opposite effect for them.

======

F. May Cure Your Headache.. LEARN MORE..

Say goodbye to the old standby “Not tonight, Dear. I have a headache.” It turns out sex can help with pain, and that includes some kinds of headaches, such as migraines. Not feeling frisky? Try: “Not tonight, Honey. I have a highly contagious stomach bug.”Astuces that Work every time

========

G. You Could Make a Baby

If you’re trying to have a baby, the more sex you have, the more likely you are to hit the right time of the month. But more sex may also prime women for pregnancy and improve sperm quality in men, which can speed things along.

========

H. Sharpens Your Mind = EXCELLENT INFO HERE''

Sex has been linked to the making of new brain cells, and that’s a good thing. People over 50 who had more sex were better able to recall numbers and do basic math, and the difference was pretty big. It seemed to help men more than women, but both did better than those who had less sex.

=====

I. Good Sleep - Helps You Sleep
Orgasm triggers a surge of endorphins and oxytocin in both men and women, and that dulls pain and relaxes you. Both of those can help you sleep more easily, though according to scientists -- and many women -- the effect is more pronounced in men
======
J. Makes You Happy
You don’t have to overdo it -- once a week is plenty. More than that, and the effect fades. But scientists only studied couples in committed relationships, so if you’re trying to meet your quota by picking up strangers at your local bar, all bets are off.
======
K. Bonds You to Your Partner
The hormone oxytocin is released during sex, and it sparks feelings of intimacy, affection, and closeness with your partner. That helps build a strong, stable relationship, which is good for everyone
======
L. Good for Mental Health
Adults in committed relationships who have more sex are less likely to be depressed or take medication for mental health issues.
